I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield only.

Private Pay Rates are:

Intake/First session: $175

Individual Therapy Sessions: $155

Payments are due at the beginning of each session to keep us on schedule. I accept cash, check, and credit card.

If you have BCBS I am in their network, and I can bill them. If you have another insurance you will pay me ($155) and you will be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
